A mother, father, and grandmother have been arrested in Neshoba County on charges of child molestation.
Jon Hooley, 63, of Union has been charged with molesting – lustful touching of a child and sexual battery, along with his wife, Teresa Ann Hooley, 37, also charged with molesting – lustful touching of a child and condoning child abuse.
Eunice Ann Walker, of Union, identified as the child’s grandmother, has been charged with molesting – lustful touching of a child and sexual battery.
According to Neshoba County Sheriff Tommy Waddell the three “engaged in various types of sexual contact” with a female family member under the age of sixteen.
Sheriff Waddell said, “a tip came in about the abuse and we began an extensive investigation into the allegation. We have a very strong case against the three suspects.”
The case will be presented to the next Grand Jury in Neshoba County. All suspects are currently being held at the Neshoba County Jail. Bond has not been set.
