The Congress of Country Music is moving forward. Construction is continuing as part of 3 phases. The first phase is the Ellis Theater, then the Museum, and the Marty Stuart Center which is an education facility. When all is finished these venues will house concerts, live productions, country music memorabilia, and learning opportunities for students. The Neshoba County Fair, also known as Mississippi’s Giant House Party, is an annual event of agricultural, political, and social entertainment held a few miles from Philadelphia, Mississippi. The fair was first established in 1889 and is the nation’s largest campground fair.
The Choctaw Indian Fair takes place every July in beautiful Choctaw, Mississippi.
