Man fatally struck by vehicle in Carthage over the weekend
Samuel "Sammy" Ellis, 69 of Carthage, tragically lost his life on the evening of Saturday, March 16, 2024.
Mr. Ellis was traveling along Hwy 16 in his motorized wheelchair when he was struck by a vehicle.
