Mississippi Tornado Touchdown Confirmed

The National Weather Service in Memphis has confirmed that a tornado caused the storm damage in Prentiss County last Saturday.   The EF-1 tornado was on the ground for 4.5 miles north of Marietta with top winds estimated at 95 mph.   A house lost its roof and carport and two mobile homes had roof damage.  Nobody was hurt.
