On Thursday at 7:24pm, Carthage Fire Department and Barnes Volunteers responded to a call reporting a structure fire on Pleasant Grove Road near the Conway community.
Kicks96 News spoke to a representative of Carthage Fire Department about the incident which turned out to be a false alarm.
A resident of Pleasant Grove Road had several burn piles going on their property and a passerby thought that the flames were coming from a home that caught fire.
