Carthage welcomed a new addition to its business scene today with the grand opening of The Parad-Ice.
The establishment is owned by Enoc and Lizbeth Reynoso and is located conveniently on Hwy 35 across from Sim’s Appliance.
The Parad-Ice offers a variety of menu items featuring delights such as ice cream, shaved ice, street corn, and much more.
Hours of operation for The Parad-Ice are Monday-Wednesday 2pm-7pm and Friday-Sunday 1pm-7pm.
The ribbon-cutting ceremony marked the official commencement of operations, promising a sweet experience for locals and visitors alike.
