This morning just after 11, a pedestrian was struck by a vehicle in front of Lowe’s in Philadelphia. The Philadelphia Police, Fire Department, and EMS quickly responded to the scene. The injured individual was transported to a nearby hospital, with officials confirming that they are expected to recover.
