THOMASTOWN, Miss.–A grass fire was reported Friday night behind a house on Old Pickens Rd. near Thomastown. The fire was behind a house. But, it was not clear how close the fire was to the structure.
That call came in about 9:15.
When firefighters got there they told dispatchers the fire was large enough that help was needed from the Mississippi Forstry Commission.
