PHILADELPHIA, Miss.–Construction has begun on a portion of Hwy. 19 in Neshoba County.
The construction zone on the four-lane segment is from Tucker to House.
The speed limit in the area has been reduced to 45 mph and you are also being warned not to pass. There are “No Passing” signs posted, according to MDOT.
