CHOCTAW, MS (January 9, 2026) – As part of ongoing efforts to enhance the guest experience and complete the Power Plant upgrade project, Silver Star Hotel & Casino will undergo a partial power outage Wednesday, Jan. 14, from 4:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
Please note the following:
- All Silver Star food outlets will close during the outage and reopen at 5:00 PM.
- The buffet will remain closed for the day.
- Spa and Salon services will be closed for the day.
- Retail outlets will remain closed during the outage and reopen at 5:00 PM.
- The casino floor will close at 4:00 AM and reopen at 3:00 PM.
- Player Services will close at 4:00 AM and reopen at 3:00 PM.
This planned outage is a critical step in broader Pearl River Resort Improvement Plan. The Golden Moon Hotel & Casino will remain open and fully operational, ready to serve guests with gaming, dining, and entertainment options during this time.
