CARTHAGE, Miss.–A power line was reported down with a fire resulting from it Saturday evening in Leake County.
That was reported around 6:30 p.m. on Johnsontown Rd.
It was unclear what caused the fire, except that is was associated with the line being down.
Central electric and two volunteer fire departments were notified and a deputy reported back that the fire had been put out a short time later.
