Russell also says the restructuring is designed to better serve students while strengthening the community for years to come.By combining the two high schools, district leaders say students will gain expanded academic offerings, enhanced extracurricular opportunities, and greater access to advanced coursework, career pathways, and support services.

As part of the transition, students in grades 6 through 8 will move to the junior high campus, and one elementary school will relocate to a more modern facility. Click here for the full press release regarding the consolidation.
