The community is invited to join in honoring Carthage Police Chief Billy McMillan as he celebrates his retirement after years of dedicated law enforcement service.
A retirement celebration will be held on Friday, June 26, from 12 noon until 2 p.m. at the McMillan Park Community House in Carthage.
Guests are encouraged to stop by, share memories, and wish him well as he begins this new chapter.
The celebration is open to the public, and everyone is welcome to attend.
