PHILADELPHIA, Miss.–A man who made bomb threats on the Choctaw reservation in Philadelphia has been sentenced to three years in federal prison.
Joshua Mark Davis, 37, of Meridian, was also oedered to pay a $1,500 fine and will be on probation when he gets out of prison.
Davis, who was indicted by a federal grand jury in 2022, used a phone inside the Silver Star to call in a nbomb threat.
According to the indictment, he threatened to blow up a building on the reservation.
Davis pleaded guilty to the charges in March.
