CARTHAGE, Miss.–A woman was hurt Saturday morning when she hit a deer in her car south of Carthage.
That wreck happened about 10 a.m. on Hwy. 35 south of Carthage.
When an officer reached the scene he reported back that the Ford Fusion has damage to the windshield, but that the woman who had been driving was bleeding, had glass in her lap and was also possibly hurt from the flying glass, and had injuries from the impact.
An ambulance was called. It was unclear if the woman had to go to the hospital.
