Former Neshoba Central star Jarquez Hunter scored his first NFL touchdown Saturday, capping off the Los Angeles Rams’ 34-0 preseason win over the New Orleans Saints with a 12-yard fourth-quarter run.
The Philadelphia native led all runners with 68 yards on 12 carries.
Through two preseason games, the former Auburn standout leads the Rams’ backfield with 103 rushing yards.
Hunter, Mississippi’s 2020 Class 5A “Mr. Football” winner, was drafted by Los Angeles in the fourth round of the 2025 NFL Draft.
