A woman whose body was found on the side of a Neshoba County road had been shot to death. And the sheriff’s department says her killer has confessed. They’ve arrested Markeaislon Rush, 24. Investigators say they found a rifle at the man’s home which matches shell casings recovered near the body on County Road 632 east of Philadelphia. The victim was Paneshia Faye Mingo, 24, of Conehatta. The investigation is continuing.
