Three Leake Academy football players have been named Top Performers by Capital Sports MS.
Running back Garrett Adcock, quarterback Majure Chandler, and linebacker Ryker Wells earned the honor for their performances in Leake Academy’s 40-24 win over Riverfield Academy (La.) Friday night.
In that game, Adcock powered the ground game with 23 carries for 187 yards and three touchdowns.
Additionally, Chandler completed 7 of 13 passes for 188 yards and two touchdowns while rushing four times for 66 yards and a touchdown, and Wells anchored the defense with 16 tackles and an interception.
The Rebels will be back at home this week to host Winston Academy.
