The Neshoba County sheriff’s office is looking for a burglar who broke into a business this week. It happened between Monday evening and Tuesday morning at Maxwell’s Auto Repair on Highway 16 East in Philadelphia. Money was stolen from the office and the thief also rummaged through about 10 vehicles on the property. The sheriff’s office is asking anyone who saw suspicious activity at the business between 5 pm Monday and 7:30 am Tuesday to come forward. Tips can be submitted anonymously to East Mississippi Crimestoppers at 1-855-485-TIPS. A significant reward may be available for information leading investigators to those responsible.
