The Philadelphia Police Department is asking for the public’s help to locate a missing person.
Police say Bruce Scott Smith was last seen on April 8 on Robinhood Circle. He was wearing a dark colored pullover and navy blue pants. If you have any information on his whereabouts, call the Philadelphia Police Department at (601) 656 – 2131.
