Carthage City Hall lobby is reopening. According to Mayor Vivians, the lobby will re-open Monday morning. Anyone entering the building will be required to wear a mask, social distance, and respect CDC safety guidelines.
The lobby has been closed since early in the summer due to Covid-19 concerns.
