Littering is continuing in Carthage. According to Mayor Vivians, excessive garbage and littering is still an issue in Carthage. In a news conference last night she said “please don’t litter and if you see something say something.” She also said that if littering continued there would be a potential $250 fine enforced. So lets work together and keep our city clean.
