MDES unemployment debit cards are valid for 3 years. The MDES reminds us to “please keep your card until it expires; even if you are not currently filing. Also, the EPPICard for your unemployment benefits should have the letter “U” in the lower left of the card.”
If you need a replacement card call 1-866-461-4095. Debit cards will be mailed to the current address on file.
