Rankin Crash Kills Carthage Man

The Highway Patrol is investigating a wreck in Rankin County that killed a Carthage man.  Troopers say two vehicles were involved in the crash Tuesday morning on Highway 25 southwest of Ludlow.   The victim was identified as Jose Melendez, 66.
