On Friday at 7:02am, there was a report of an eighteen wheeler on fire on Hwy 35 just north of Hwy 25. EMS and Fire responded. One person was transported to Baptist Leake.
On Thursday at 7:54pm, officers were requested to a residence on Deerfield Road for a person threatening family members. Arriving on scene, officers found the person had forced his way into the house. He was shortly taken into custody on outstanding warrants.
On Wednesday at 1:47pm, officers were dispatched to Westbrook Apartments for a report of fighting.At 5:47pm, CPD was requested to Baptist-Leake ER for a disorderly patient.At 8:19pm, officers were requested to a trailer park on Old Canton Road for a disturbance in progress.
