One Person Dies in Crash East of Philadelphia
DEKALB, Miss.--One person died Saturday in a crash east of Philadelphia in Kemper County.
The wreck happened at the intersection of Highways 397 and 16, at about 4:15 p.m., according to Sheriff James Moore.
