Philadelphia Firefighter to Graduate from Fire Academy

A member of the Philadelphia Fire Department has completed training at the State Fire Academy.   Parker McWhirter is a member of Firefighter Class 205 which will graduate Thursday after a seven-week course.  McWhirter is among 25 class members.
