ATV Safety Concerns to Be Discussed at Carthage City Council Meeting
ATV safety concerns will be discussed at the Carthage City Council meeting. According to City Clerk Penny Spears the meeting is Monday at 6pm. All are welcome. Recent incidents include speeding and accidents in the area have caused increased concern.
