LENA, Miss.–A woman called Leake County deputies Saturday morning about 2:30, saying she had to leave her house and go to a friend’s because her son was “tearing up the house” on Valley Rd. in Lena.
Deputies first went to where the woman was and later called for an ambulance. They did not state specifically what the injuries were.
About an hour later deputies reported having a person in custody. It wasn’t clear if that was the son.
