CARTHAGE, Miss.–Leake County deputies were looking for a car that sideswiped another car on Hwy. 488 near Hannah Rd., about 8;45 Thursday night.
The man who called it in gave them a description of the car and said he knew who the person was and that she was from Walnut Grove.
Deputies told the man they would look for the car. It was unclear from police radio traffic if they found her.
The man was not hurt.
