All Carthage water bills are due today. According to City Hall, late fees will be added if not paid by end of day today. Also, late notices will no longer be sent. If bills are not paid in full by the 20th, water will be disconnected on the following day, the 21st.
***** For all disconnections there will be a $50 reconnect fee, and the entire bill must be paid at that time according to City Hall.
