The Leake Academy Rebels traveled to Gallman tonight to play their first division game of the season with the Colonels of Copiah Academy. The Rebels were down by 2 touchdowns at halftime, 14-0. In the second half both teams scored a touchdown in the third quarter with the Rebels scoring two touchdowns in the final quarter but the Colonels also scored another touchdown in the quarter which gave them a 7 point victory, 28-21. Next week the Rebels return to Madden for homecoming hosting the Pillow Academy Mustangs from Greenwood. Kickoff is set for 7:00pm with the Cruisin 98 pregame show on the air at about 6:15.
