Lincoln Park Basketball League Refund Checks Available Tomorrow!

Lincoln Park Basketball League refunds are being processed. According to Mayor Vivians the refund payment checks are being finalized and will be available tomorrow. Distribution will take place at Carthage City Hall. Photo Identification must be presented at time of pickup. The Lincoln Park Basketball League was recently cancelled due to extenuating circumstances around the Covid-19 pandemic and social distancing restrictions. Renovations continue at the park.
