McMillan Park is closed until further notice. Citing an increase of COVID-19 cases in the Carthage community, Mayor Vivians announced the closing Wednesday night. In the meantime the Park will be completely sanitized again. The walking trail will remain open. Update – The entire park will be reopened to the public later today after an additional sanitation process.
