The answer is YES. McMillan Park is officially reopened and ball will be back for spring. The Carthage Mayor and City Council voted and reached the decision last night. This means all aspects of McMillan Park are open, including the community center. City Clerk Penny Spears said the applications for ball teams will be available at Carthage City Hall starting Wednesday. For any other questions call City Hall at 601-267-8322.
