Brian Montgomery – The #1 most downloaded episode of our 9-month-old podcast was almost my last, as He’s Back (the recap of what happened with my heart attack) had the most downloads with 21,857. What can I say that hasn’t been said. Without the quick response and split decision call by paramedics Webb Roberts and Sam Pennell to transport me to Baptist Memorial Hospital Leake to meet the incoming helicopter to Medi flight me to UMMC, it might have ended before the flight took place. The incredible staff there led by Cardiologist Gabriel Hernandez’s incredible, to Baptist Attala’s Cardio Therapists Megan Taylor Griffin, and Alex Sizemore, it’s taken a village to get me here. It’s been almost 3 months and I’m getting stronger. There are good days, frustrating days and while my heart may have stopped twice, it’s stronger because it’s fuller than it’s ever been. I can’t thank everyone who listens that keeps me going, my family here at Boswell Media for the chance to do what I do, my friends and family and all the thoughts and prayers it took to get me here.!
