DEKALB, Miss.–A man named Louis Deandra Griffin is wanted by the Kemper County Sheriff’s Dept., and they weren’t sure where he was Saturday morning.

About 3:45 Saturday morning deputies say Griffin got into an argument with a man named Willie Yates in the parking lot of Brake Time Gas Station in Dekalb. Police say Griffin shot Yates and took off.

A BOLO, or “Be On the LookOut” alert received by law enforcement Saturday morning described Griffin as a Black male, 5 ft. 4, 145 lbs, 42 years old, driving a black Chevy Malibu.

It was though he might be headed toward Meridian. But, that was not confirmed.

Griffin is considered armed and dangerous.

If you see him you are asked to call the Kemper County Sheriff’s Dept. at 601-743-4880.
