Baptist Leake Family Medicine Sebastopol will host an open house on Thursday, Dec. 4, 2025, welcoming the community to tour the facility and meet staff.
The event will take place from 10 a.m. – noon, with a ribbon cutting scheduled for 10:30 a.m.
The clinic, located at 17509 Highway 21 South in Sebastopol, invites residents to stop by, learn about available services, and celebrate the occasion.
The event is free and open to the public.
