The Neshoba County Sheriff’s Department charged a Carthage man with multiple felonies involving a 15-year old child.
Sheriff Eric Clark said Joshua Jones, a registered sex offender, was charged with possessing photographs of minors under the age of 16 while engaged in sexual conduct and touching a child under the age of 16 for sexual gratification.
Jones was denied bond.
