Business curfews have been lifted in Carthage. According to Mayor Mary Ann Vivians, the 9pm-6am restriction which has been in effect since late March, is no longer in place. All businesses can resume their normal hours of operations. The Mayor also encouraged people to remember local and small businesses, which were faced with many challenges during the COVID-19 pandemic. Social distancing and safe hygienic practices are still encouraged.
