The Carthage City Council meeting is tonight. According to City Clerk Penny Spears, the Mayor and Board of Alderman meeting will be at 6pm at city hall. The meeting, which is usually scheduled on the first Monday of the month, was rescheduled due to the Independence Day holiday.
