Carthage City Hall reopens today. Mayor Maryann Vivians announced yesterday that the lobby will now be opened for all city matters. Hand sanitizer will be provided and social distancing is highly recommended. This is the first day the building will be open to the public since a shelter in place order was established by Governor Reeves on April 3rd.
