Some Carthage venues are reopening. The Carthage Mayor and City council reached a decision to reopen the community center and scout hut at McMillan Park as well as Trustmark Park stage. The Lincoln Park community house will be officially opened soon. Carthage Coliseum renovations continue. An official re-opening date has not been announced.
