Carthage has been getting trashed. According to Mayor Vivians “people are leaving loose trash and even mattresses on the side of the road. It needs to stop. Please pick up your trash, put it in a can or take it to the dump on Saturday. Let’s work together.”
Loose trash and discarded furniture have been reported around the city limits in Carthage.
