The Carthage Police Department is investigating multiple vehicle burglaries reported across several neighborhoods in the city, including North Pearl Street, White Street, Fairway Boulevard, and Northwood Circle.
Investigators are now asking residents to remain alert and take extra precautions, especially by locking their vehicles and removing valuables from plain view.
Authorities are also seeking information from the public about individuals possibly attempting to sell stolen firearms, including pistols, which may be linked to the burglaries.
