A big night in Philadelphia, as the Community Development Partnership held its annual banquet Monday. Tots, Teens and In-Betweens was named the Small Business of the Year, Windham Tractor and Implement Company was honored as the Large Business of the Year and Stanley Salter received the award as Citizen of the Year.
The Community Development Partnership includes the Philadelphia-Neshoba County Chamber of Commerce, Industrial Development Authority, Philadelphia Main Street and Philadelphia-Neshoba County Tourism.
