Additional charges have been filed against a Carthage man and another from Lena in connection with the boat collision on the Barnett Reservoir that killed a woman earlier this month and sent four other people to the hospital. Nelson Jimenez and Nathan Rhinewalt are now both facing manslaughter charges in the death of Madison Alford of Lena, along with aggravated boating under the influence charges. Jimenez is also accused of tampering with a witness for trying to convince another man to lie or withhold testimony.
