Applications for Lagoon operator as well as codes inspector are still being accepted in Carthage. According to City Clerk Penny Spear “they are two separate positions. A list of qualifications is available at the City Clerk’s Office. Applications will be received until the position is filled.” All are invited to contact City Hall about qualifications.
