On Wednesday, July 2, 2025, the Philadelphia Police Department launched a coordinated operation at daybreak to serve arrest warrants following a yearlong investigation into drug trafficking. The operation targeted individuals involved in the sale and possession of controlled substances.
Assisting in the roundup were the Mississippi Bureau of Narcotics, the Neshoba County Sheriff’s Office, and Neshoba County Constables. Authorities arrested the following 11 individuals:
•Tinsky Burrage – Sale of Controlled Substance
•Kenneth Kelly – Sale of Controlled Substance
•Cenika Black – Sale of Controlled Substance
•Bennie Overstreet – Sale of Controlled Substance
•Tamara Matthews – Sale of Controlled Substance
•Shelbie Pinson – Possession of Controlled Substance
•Deandrew Hudson – Sale of Controlled Substance
•Norman Moore – Sale of Controlled Substance
•Brian Sims – Possession of Controlled Substance
•Christina Hill – Possession of Controlled Substance
•Jeffery Wells – Possession of Controlled Substance
Arrest warrants have also been issued for the following individuals, who remain at large:
•Jauntray Cleveland
•Wade Townsend
•Chloe Fulton
•Elizia Jones
•Jardeius Peebles
•Robert Hickman
