An uprooted tree fell and damaged a home in Carthage. The Highway 35 North home received significant structural damage but no one was injured. Saturated ground and below freezing night time temperatures could cause more tree breakage and slippery, vulnerable roadways.Temps are supposed to drop to around 13 degrees tonight.
